Christmas means different things to many people. To those who no longer believe in God it is a time for merrymaking or perhaps being closer to one's family. For the more altruistic it is a time for giving; for celebrating our common humanity. For those who do believe in God and who call themselves Christians, Christmas is a time for celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, whose ultimate mission was to die on the cross for our sins. None of this approaches the magnitude of this event.
In the talk, the speaker will throw some light on the event marked by Christmas, drawing from his understanding of the work 'In the Light of Truth', the Grail Message by Abd-ru-shin. He will explain the reasons for the event, how it came about and the consequences of humanity's failure to grasp what was offered.
